Shepherd’s Pie
Ground beef, in a mildly spiced gravy accompanied by peas and mushrooms (don’t tell the kids), is topped with creamy mashed potatoes.

Pretzel Crusted Chicken
Chicken pieces (or tenders) are dipped in an egg and beer batter, then rolled in a mix of pretzel crumbs, bacon, cheese and parsley . The beer cooks off and this makes a delicious entree for kids and adults. Really good!

Emeril’s Chicken Pot Pie

A thick and creamy, delicious, healthy meal.

Bow Ties w/Creamy Chicken & Mushrooms
This tossed dish featuring pasta and tender chicken is easy to heat and easy to pick off the mushrooms if necessary.

Pasta with Tuna and Lemon
Don’t let the tuna (read tuna fish) throw you. This is a creamy, tart, rich casserole that will satisfy grownups and kids alike. You will think you are eating chicken.

Lala’s Company Beef Stew

One of my favorites! Carrots, onions, tomato sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar give the browned beef a delicate taste that turns beef stew into an elegant entree. This is requested by both big and little people. Serve over egg noodles.

Mini Cheddar Meat Loaves
Ground turkey and ground beef, cheddar cheese, brown sugar, quick-cooking oats plus the usual ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, egg and milk make this a comfort meal for kids of all ages.
