Mini Cheddar Meat Loaves
Ground turkey and ground beef, cheddar cheese, brown sugar, quick-cooking oats plus the usual ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, egg and milk make this a comfort meal for kids of all ages.

Flank Steak Teriyaki
Slivers of garlic are tucked into pockets of the steak. Then it marinates all day in fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and olive oil in anticipation of broiling or grilling.

Smothered Pork Chops with Cider and Apples
Just like it sounds. Sweet Granny Smith apples are incorporated into this dish.

"Barbecued" Country Style Ribs
Ribs are slow cooked all day in a fabulous sauce of onion, celery, tomato sauce, honey, red wine, lemon juice and herbs. Tender to the max!

Braised Lamb shanks
Sauteed shanks are slow cooked on the stove with onion, garlic, wine and diced tomatoes. Tender meat in a smooth gravy.

Saucy Herbed Pork Chops
Chops are lightly browned then cooked in a tomato mixture with brown sugar, red pepper flakes, thyme, ground fennel, onion and garlic. Serve over noodles or rice.

Pork Chops in creamy Garlic Sauce
Garlic cloves are simmered in chicken broth until tender, then spread over the pork chops which cook with tarragon, sherry and parsley.

Neno’s Stuffed Pork Chops
These melt-in-your-mouth chops are stuffed, sauteed and finished off in a pressure cooker. These are so good!

Crippeni Family Meatballs w/Tomato Sauce
Fresh beef mixed w/special spices rolled into meatballs and slow baked works perfectly with the traditional fresh tomato sauce.

*Lala’s Beef Stew
One of my favorites! Carrots, onions, tomato sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar give the browned beef a delicate taste that turns beef stew into an elegant entree. Serve over egg noodles.

*Spicy Wine Roast
This simple Crock•Pot® recipe combines onion, red wine, dry mustard and Worcestershire to guarantee a delicious meal. The beef is extraordinarily tender and there is lots of gravy to serve over a creamy potato puff.

Italian Meatloaf with Fresh Basil and Provolone
Sun-dried tomatoes make this meatloaf company-quality. The basil and sharp provolone cheese lend a zippy taste.

Meat Lasagna
A really good, traditional Italian dinner.

*Korean-Style Pork Tenderloin
The marinade of soy sauce, fresh ginger, rice vinegar, garlic, dark sesame oil and a dash of red pepper make this tenderloin incredibly tender.

Pork Cassoulet
Pork loin, turkey kielbasa, Great Northern beans, vegetables and white wine are just some of the ingredients of this traditional French favorite.
